A cohost works inside your Airbnb listing to help you run it. You stay the primary host and keep the listing, reviews and payouts.
How is a cohost different from a management company?
A management company usually takes over the listing and the money. A cohost works under your name and Airbnb pays you directly.
What does it cost?
A percentage of booking revenue: 8% on Essential, 12% on Growth and 15% on Premium. Cleaner scheduling on Growth is a +2% add-on. Final terms are confirmed in your quote.
What plan is right for me?
